Bryan Jacobs, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Virginia, was recently honored with a Veteran Small Business Award. Jacobs is the founder of Vets2Success, an organization that supports vets – and their families – struggling with PTSD. The group also offers programs to train and mentor homeless and displaced veterans in the culinary world.
