EPP Spotlight: LifeSpire of Virginia

ECPI University is proud to partner with LifeSpire of Virginia, an association that has been especially valuable for students and graduates. Multiple employees from LifeSpire enroll in the University’s health science and nursing programs each year. The Career Services Department also works closely with LifeSpire in helping employees grow from the inside with clinical techs often transitioning to become LPNs and RNs through accelerated programs.

LifeSpire participates in ECPI University’s Enterprise Partnership Program, which allows its employees and their dependents (spouse and children) to receive enhanced tuition assistance at ECPI. With convenient access to education, they can learn new skills while being employed, whether they take classes on campus or online.

LifeSpire of Virginia operates four continuing care retirement communities throughout Virginia: The Chesapeake in Newport News, The Culpeper in Culpeper, The Glebe in Daleville, and Lakewood in Richmond. The organization, a faith-based nonprofit, has served Virginia’s seniors for more than 70 years. Each LifeSpire community provides a full continuum of care to address the changing health needs of seniors. Readily accessible assisted living, 24-hour nursing care, physical therapy, and memory support services give residents and their loved ones peace of mind knowing staff are always available to provide excellent service and care.
